Chalkboard Décor with the Silhouette Curio

In this video class we will use the Silhouette Curio machine and set it up to sketch directly onto a chalkboard. This can be done with the Silhouette Curio because it has a clearance of up to 5 mm (sometimes 6 mm).
We will create a chalkboard décor sign using a chalk marker directly in the Silhouette Curio. This class discusses the supplies that were tested and used in the class - see class supply list below. We will also discuss tips on what works and what may not.
This is a step-by-step class to complete this chalkboard décor sign in the Curio. Plus I've included 2 additional bonus videos with more tips at the end of the course!

Join me in creating a unique chalkboard sign using the Curio. This is a project that can only be done with the Silhouette Curio due to the clearance on the machine.

Supplies Needed:

• Silhouette Curio machine, Silhouette small base cutting mat, Curio platforms and base
• Chalkboard sign – Michaels chalkboard – 6.6” square, arrow shape, rectangle shape
  Michaels bulk chalkboard options – rectangle 8 pk, arrow 8 pk, Square 8 pk
  or Amazon
  NOTE: chalkboards can vary in thickness – it needs to be under 5 mm thick & fit on the Curio base
  No frames or borders. Remove any twine attached before sketching.
